What services are included in the Free Layout Service?
We will provide you with a complete store layout, showing where each fixture goes and with emphasis on the best traffic flow for the particular merchandising needs of your operation.
For this service, a deposit is required which will be applied towards your purchase.

What options and services are available for the Custom Design Service?
You will receive customized samples of all fixtures and lighting unit, and specifications of wall and floor coverings.
You will also get renderings to show you exactly how your store will look.
We will be happy to provide you with a quote that is competitive and affordable.

What options are available for placing an order?
You can place an order online, fax, or by phone.

How long will it take to receive my merchandise?
If you place your order by noon Central time, we will ship any in-stock item the same day or the freight is on us. Custom orders and special orders could take longer. Our friendly sales staff will make every effort to ensure you receive your merchandise in a timely manner.

How do you handle shipping?
All shipments are shipped F.O.B. from all locations, UPS or Motor Freight. All C.O.D. shipments are limited to eastern warehouse only.
* SERVICE CHARGE: A $3.00 service charge, per shipping location will be added to any order under $50.00.
Our minimum order to ship is $25.00.

Can merchandise be returned?
All returns must be made in 7 days, accompanied by a sales slip and in original unopened cartons. A 15% restocking charge will be applied to all returned merchandise unless the return is the result of our error.

Please NOTE: Glass, Plastics, Slate wall, Mannequins, and Special order items are not returnable.

What happens if my merchandise is damaged?
Received via United Parcel Service: Merchandise is discovered damaged after opening-call UPS, for an inspection report and require UPS to return item to us.

Received via Motor Freight: If delivered damaged, note damage on both drivers copy and your copy. Have the driver sign both copies. You can now file the claim with the carrier.
If concealed damages are found, keep the carton and call the carrier for an inspection report.
