Terms & Conditions

A. PRICING:
Prices are subject to change without notice. (Please get prices quoted when placing order).
 
B. SHIPPING:
All shipments are shipped F.O.B. firm all locatinos, U.P.S. or Motor Freight.
All C.O.D. Shipments are limited to Eastern Warehouse only.
SERVICE CHARGE:
A $3.00 service charge.
Per shipping location, will be added to any order under $50.00.
Our minimum order to ship is $25.00
 
C. TERM:
1. All orders are pre-paid with check or credit card. (We require a 50% deposit for customizes order, without deposit we cannot start work)
2. If in doubt of your credit standing, send a Business Check with your order.
3. Master card, Visa and American Express Cards are accepted.
4. C.O.D Shipments limited to Eastern Warehouse Only-cash or Certifies Fund only. Company Check Accepted upon approval.
 
D. RETURNS:
1. All returns must be made in 7 days.
Accompanied by a sales slip and in original unopened cartons.
A 15% restocking charge will be applied to all returned merchandise unless Return is the result of our error.
Please note: Glass, Plastics, Slate wall, Mannequins and Special order Items are not returnable.
 
E. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
1. Received Via United Parcel Service:
Merchandise is discovered damaged after opening-call U.P.S.
For an inspection report and require U.P.S. to return Item to us.
DO NOT RETURN MERCHANDISE YOURSELF.
2. RECEIVED VIA MOTOR FREIGHT:
If delivered Damaged, note damage on both drivers copy and your copy. Have the driver sign both copies. You can now file the claim with the carrier. If concealed damages are found, keep the carton and call the carrier for an inspection report. If you can be of any service to help file claims, call our Customer Service Dept. at 301.937.2211 does not refuse or return damages Goods to us.
